MIA - Yes, I disappeared

I don't know what to say, exactly here. I feel like I should explain my prolongued absence from the WC, but I don't know where to begin. It wasn't the cafe; it wasn't me. It was a mix, I think, of reality bites and the circle of life. By the circle of life, I mean to say that when people join online communities - or real-life ones for that matter - they naturally fade in and out of participation. This dryspell of mine in the WC world was made worse by the fact that my job has sort of taken over my life. Needless to say, I hate it, and I have no idea what career may lie ahead of me. But I'm stuck in the position I'm in for the moment and I must learn to find a way to keep my soul intact. Honestly, it sometimes feels like my soul dies a bit working where I do.
But I'd like to be back at WonderCafe, giving parts of myself to this incredibly sharing and trusting community. If you don't see me, I challenge you to ask me where I am - bug me about being delinquent. I feel like my words and opinions are read and respected here, just like my own church. But sometimes volunteerism and online commitments seem like heavy burdens, and they're usually made a bit lighter by people reminding you that you're not alone.
So I hope you'll forgive me for my little leave of absence, and I hope you all encourage me to dig right in again. I'd like to be back more.

Welcome back, Faerenach. Your words are read, respected and have been missed. Sorry to hear about the soul-sucking job and I am sure you will find a way to keep that soul, spark, fire, light.... burning bright.

I wondered where you were ... then so mani (Manic-eon) come and go in disgust at some of the harsher things said on the site.
I tried a few other sites and was dissappointed that discussion was nearly d'void, or so violent that it was depressing. Try the Dawkins Forum ... and people call me crazy for my nonsensical renditions of the behaviour of mankind as writ in code, legend ... whatever name you would like to paste on it ... le-belle is the devil to old authorities .. they didn't like enlightened common phoqah (core-belle in Classic Heb). The you can't tell Amon the T'Ruth about emote'ves ...
If common sense is love and is so well buried (covenented) what is the fabric of mankind coming to? And they cannot see IT coming as a matter of delusion (d' Lucean denial) in their choices of not wanting to know anything ... little more that an all-encompassing love in deep aware Ness. How's that for meditative transfer Arm?
Good to see you back Faere ... as Light presence on th' mind ... you know those wee bright floaters in AVATAR! Aiyn't that spacey?

Faeren; Checking WC to see what was up revealed that many of the old familiar names to me are absent. I was glad to see your name pop up! Out journies lead us on individual paths that may converge for awhile or may diverge for long times but the important thing is to be on the journey. I hope your journey continues to be fruitful. I know my journey has. Bless you sister. : )

Thank you Dave and Waterbuoy! I too have been discovering that names familiar to me are not as present as they once were... ah well, all things change.
