This is from a flyer on the symbols of transformation series. If you want to read the whole series, start here, then go to "The Symbolic Life of Jesus," then to Water, Spirit, Fire, Fruit, and finally, The Way. Each one builds on the preceding one.

A very significant symbol for me, likely owing to part of my formal journey through the Diakonate, has been the Spiral. In fact the triskele is one that carries many nuances for me, ranging forom ways to claim my Orthodox appreciation of the Trinity, as opposed to that from Western Christendom, to one that speaks about energy and the manner in which all things are connected.
From what you hacve offered above, I would say it this symbol is not a Reminder, but Transmission. I love the discussions about symbols, especially when the engage communites. Otherwise the symbols stand to be idolatrised - to become the medium, as opposed the tool, the ritual that points beyond itself ...
I really look forward to the Fruit piece ... I'm looking forward to it :)
