Have had the desire to increase your donations to your church? How do you propose to increase your income instead of cutting back?

We have this vision for our church. To me it makes a world of difference because we are all on the same page. It's easy to get bogged down trying to go in a thousand different directions in the church, but if we all claim a common mission, we know where we're trying to go.

As i read a post, where SomeGal mentioned a youth sleepover, it reminded me of funny stories from youth group sleepovers.
I figure a few of you have them too, so, hoping you will share some humour for all those youth workers out there.
As clergy, I am happy to lead worship December 25 if anyone wants to come. How do we decide?

This is the Congregational Finance News page: it's updated periodically with important information for treasurers and office/payroll administrators working in ministry units and pastoral charges.
Check it out! This has just been updated for the 2011 new year!

I thought it might be interesting to have a thread where we could post articles or newsclips featuring the United Church either at a congregational or denominational level.
Hi folks
I'm figuring that some of you wise folks have been through either losing your drivers license or supporting someone through the loss.
I recognize that there are likely significant differences in access to resources and also impact depending on where one lives and your living arrangements.
I wonder if you can help me gather some of the possibilities..ie, side benefits.
