It is the duty of the treasurer to be a watchdog over all aspects of financial management, working closely with other members of Council to safeguard the organization’s finances.
So, my car is really telling me it needs replacing. It needs to go to a home that doesn't demand a reliable car.
Anyone know the easiest or best way to determine all debts owed against a property?
I am unclear on terminology...
Can a lien be placed against a house?
Is a mortgage a lien?...or is that a mortgage?
Anyhow, I am sure there is a simple way...figured folks here might know.
