Velvet Elvis Book Group

I noticed our Group page says there are no group posts, so I thought I'd create one to see what it does. While I'm at it, I'll tell you a bit about myself.

I am in ministry at Rosemont United Church and have been here for just over a year and a half. I read Velvet Elvis for the first time several years ago and have drawn on some of the metaphors Rob Bell uses. However, I don't remember a lot of the book so now I'm reading it again to refresh my memory. I am a mom and musician as well as  minister so my days AND nights are busy, which is why the idea of having a book group that isn't "scheduled" was an appealing thought. We'll see how this goes.
