Coming out to parents as an atheist

This topic has fascinated me recently. I was browsing reddit just now, and came across another story where a 16-year-old announced he was an atheist to his family, and his mother has since refused to feed him under her roof.

I don't go to r/atheism all that much. It used to be such a circle jerk, but to their credit they cleaned the place up of a lot of the crappy meme attempts. The infighting, of course, continues. I still have no interest in posting to atheist communities, it's pointless.

I am in the closet and can not get out.

Ok so this will be my first time ever actually acknowledging my sexuality outside of my head. so I will start from the beginning. I am recently 21 but my story goes back to about thirteen. The first time I realized I was gay, was when i accidentally stumbled onto gay porn on the Internet and instantly became aroused by it. I discovered this three days before i started grade nine. I was horrified and had no idea how to deal with it.

Buying a house

My husband and I aren't ready quite yet to buy a house, but we've been looking online and at showhomes and even went to some open houses.  We'll start our search for real in the fall.

I'm sure many of you have wisdom and experience when it comes to this.  Any advice?

Dear CrazyHeart

The weather is giving me permission to play on Wondercafe all day.

It has been a long while since I have read any letters that I have received. So here are some. If you have any questions just send them to Dear CrazyHeart and I will try and give you a brilliant answer.

Dear CrazyHeart,

My husband thinks that I should ask him permission to do everything? It is causing a rift in my marriage. What should I do?
