Hi folks
I know there are wise and compassionate folks on this site.
I also recognize that there are those who have lived through tough times..when just breathing was about all that you were up to.
I am hoping that all you wise people will list out ideas for supporting folks who are going through treatments or their families. Of course, it doesn't have to be cancer treatments; however, I figure it is one of the more common scenarios that you might think of
I love Christmas. I really do. I just wanted to say that upfront before I begin this thread. I love Christmas.....and yet I struggle to put one foot in front of another at this time of year. The pace quickens, expectations rise and I find it a little overwhelming.
One of the major activities I provide my English as a Second Language adult students is the opportunity to work with their new language tools in their own offices or homes as homework.
Hey all,
I'm finding people hyper sensitive on certain issues lately. So I'd like to ask how open are you to having a discussion about ideas contrary to your own?
Any thoughts?
