Glad I stuck it out with the real estate market in Alberta.

Where investors are loosing money along with their shirts its good to know that real estate is the last thing you will see getting lost (shirts, money).

I actually started up www.AlbertaHomesListed.com in order to help people find realtors in their respective areas. This isn't the MLS by any means but it sure helps out other realtors when people have spoken to a professional and are already preapproved.

Did you know that the real estate market since the beginning of 2007 has only dropped 3.7 percent in Calgary, where as some investors have seen their portfolios fall in the 30-50% range.

I am always looking for updates on the economic ties, please respond.
