Notice of understanding and Intent and Confermation of my Denial of Consent to be Governed.

known Name of Ronald Burton James of the Family Name Baker, and Now of the Common Name
known Only as "I AM"

Whereas I, I AM, acting as principle for the Agent Known as RONALD BURTON JAMES BAKER,
UNDER PROTEST AND DURESS by Claim of Right of Necessity.

Whereas I, I AM understand that Canada is a Nation that is founded upon the principle
that recognizes the Supremacy of GOD and the rule of Law and

Whereas I, I AM, competent and compelled by my unrelenting Faith in GOD to handle my own affairs.

Whereas I am desirous of Living MY LIFE with Love, Compassion and TRUTH.

Whereas I, I AM, cannot in good conscience support aan organizaton that uses deception to cause
PEOPLE to forcibilly Order Complience with registering thier Offspring, Property and Chattle or
complience to proform services by way of Compulsion of Necessity to maintain the LIFE, LIBERTY
and HAPPINESS of the principle of the Agent.

And Whereas I, I AM, understands that under; but not limmited to,

Sections 361,362,374,380 of the Criminal Code;

That ANY and ALL property, real or intilectual, money, valuable security or any services
obtained or proformed by the priciple, I AM, for the Agent RONALD BAKER has been ascertained
by the misrepresentaion of Legal and Lawful Contracts entered into by and on behalf of the priciple,
on behalf of the AGENT by intentional deceit or gross negligence by the representitives acting
in the capasity of TRUTHFUL ATHORITY to Govern, Enforce Laws and Acts Enforcible by LAW upon
the principle has been in violation of contract rules by way of the principle of the Agent
having No Prior knowledge of the Existence of a Contrat and/or the True Nature and Value of
the Contract and Thus CANNONT condone consent on behalf of the principle for the Agent.

And Futhermore...

By way of Claim of Right of Necessity the principle of the Agent has suffered damages to property
and grivieous bodily harm due to being falsely and forciblely connected to the AGENT, and subject
to the conditions of falsely misrepresented documents and as such the principle of the Agent has
been left destitude and subjedt to undue and unusual treatment that will knowingly place the principle
in hardship and the LIFE of the principle of REAL LOSS and reasonible grounds to believe in the danger
of harm by way of NON-Complience to the Commerce Stauts of the Agent and its Authorities to provide the
necessities of Life to the "Plantation Slave"principle for the "Chattle Property"Agent and as so...

The AGENT OF THE PRINCIPLE, gives limited autority to the principle the USE of the Agents Status to
obtain the necessities needed for the sustaionability if LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness
of the principle of the Agent Under "PRIVATE CONTRACT" Agreement Authorized by the principlke and

BE IT KNOWN TO ANY AND ALL, THAT, ON THIS DAY OF NOVEMBER 9, 2008,
I, Ronald Burton James of the Family Name Baker, A FREE HUMAN;
DO HEREBY REVOKE AND DENY CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED BY ANY AND ALL EXCEPT GOD BY WAY OF JESUS.

All concerned parties have Twenty-One[21] days to dispute, disprove or deny and of the facts mentioned
and that will require understanding. In the event that "Failure of an Entity to Comply" Indicated full
acceptence and agreement.

After Twenty-One[21] days and in the event no one disputes, no statutes, by laws, or regulations will
apply to me the FREE WILL HUMAN Commonly known as Ronald Burton James of the family name Baker and with
my denial of consent will free myself completely fromall governing bodies, agencies and institutions.

I reserve the right to rejoin society at a time which i retain to FREEL CHOOSE.
