If we had to punish ourselves

how would we do it ,and how will we execute it.

How long will you sentence yourself- for a sin or crime you committed.

What will the sentence be for hurting some ones feelings

Or for sleeping with another women's husband

What type of punishment would you give yourself

How would you make up for what you feel you done wrong

How will you compensate for the mistake made,

How will one compensate for e.g. neglecting to take care of their children, or  for hurting some ones feelings or for insulting your freind or criticising your husband.What punishment does this human error have TO PAY FOR .

WHY WAIT TO PAY FOR YOUR CRIME WHEN YOU GO TO HELL"

HOW DO WE GET PUNISHED HERE ON EARTH ,INSTEAD OF GOING TO JAIL TO PAY FOR HIS/HER CRIMES AND RECIEVE THE RIGHT KIND OF RE-HABILITATION,A FULL BODY MIND AND SOUL RE-HABILITATION.

When i go to Jail..i wanna walk into an ashram,where

i can meditate all day long.

Every day I find something to hurt me with.

Like a compulsive cutter, I cut away at my heart slice by slice bit by bit , gnaw and tear at it, make it raw with pain, I HURT I cannot speak , cannot breathe.

I gasp for air, to catch some air to breathe.r.c.v.y
