Barrhaven is a community outside the Greenbelt of Ottawa, south west of the city. The community is spreading rapidly from the 416 to the Rideau River. The church building is situated on Jockvale Road, which is in the older part of Barrhaven. It is a modern, multipurpose building which is a busy place being used by the community for nursery schools to Guides to A.A. to Blood Donor Clinics. It is also home to the Barrhaven Emergency Food Cupboard which provides food to those in need who live in Barrhaven. Barrhaven United has been around for over 30 years..... growing and staying young.
