Bracebridge United welcomes you to join in our worship services Sunday mornings. An informal worship service in the auditorium at 9:15am starts with coffee and conversation, and moves on into worship including a lot of singing, scripture, prayers and a meditation, or drama. The more traditional service at 10:30am (with lots of variations, including dramatic readings, musical plays, liturgical dance, intergenerational services) takes place in the sanctuary. Coffee and fellowship follows this service, giving us a chance to get to know each other better.

Music in worship is very important to us.  We have two adult choirs, a children's choir, three handbell choirs and our very own Olde Tyme Gospel Band, who all share their talents in leading us in song and music.

We call our children's program "Faith Trek".  Each Sunday after the Children's Time during the 10:30 service, the children all go to the upstairs Sunday School hall. They spend about ten minutes together, during which time the children put on their name tags and we gather the offering. If there is a birthday we celebrate that and we do some singing and the bible story is told.  The children then go to an activity centre. They learn together in their grade groups: JK and SK; Grades 1 & 2;  Grades 3,4 & 5; and Grades 6, 7 & 8. High School kids assist with the groups if needed or have their own discussion time together. The activity centres we are: 1) Crafts in "Creations Corner", 2) A themed movie in the "CineTrek", 3) Activities and games in the "Game Galaxy", and 4) Cooking in "Trekking for Treats" (kitchen).  Each "Faith Trek" unit is 4 weeks long. This way, the children are able to experience the unit’s Bible story in 4 different ways - through games, cinema, cooking and crafts. We also offer a nursery for the babies and toddlers, which is staffed by one of our two nursery caregivers each Sunday.

Through the week we invite you to join in the many activities, musical opportunities, study and fellowship groups.  Come on out and join us!
