Byron United Covenant Church has been serving the Byron Community for the past 150 years. Located on the corner of Boler Road and Baseline on the Southwest edge of London, the current building was constructed in 1956 with additions and renovations added in 1960, 1986 and 2001. The founders, long-standing members of Byron United Church, were and are people of great vision, courage and commitment to Jesus Christ. Their lives continue to inspire us as we grow together in Christ and in fellowship with each other.

About the Neighbourhood

Byron is a growing community with all of the amenities of a small town. Members enjoy walking to the numerous cafes, or taking a walk or bike ride through nearby Springbank Park. With its own Sportsplex, proximity to numerous golf courses, parks and soccer fields, Byron is a very active community.

You bet! There are now approximately 16 small groups that meet regularly.

what special programs does BUCC offer?

Besides our small group ministries, we offer Alpha duing the winter months and we will be involved in 40 Days of Love, in September.

Church Minister

Pastor Greg Brawn

Pastor Greg Brawn came to Byron United Church in September 2007 from Georgetown,Ontario and a four point charge in Newfoundland. He is married to Angie and they have two girls, Sophia and Gloria. Besides his passion for helping people mature in their relationship with the Lord, Pastor Greg enjoys model railroading and golf.

"Howdy Pardner from Saddle Ridge Ranch"

Children in the Sunday School have been studying the exciting theme of "High Seas Adventure under the direction of Admiral Shelly and Captain Mike! Beginning June 27th they'll be having a might fine time at Saddle Ridge Ranch. All youngsters are invited to oin the fun.

Mini Golf Tour

Throughout the summer, members meet every other Friday to enjoy golf at local courses, dinner and lots of good fellowship and fun. FORE!!!

40 Days of Love

"....and the greatest of these is LOVE...." In September, we will be kicking off another 40 days of spiritual growth. Our entire church family will focus on Relationship Principles of Jesus by Tom Holladay through readings, small group studies and services. Join us for the seven week journey.
