Central is both historic and new. We celebrate our 187 years on the corner of Weston Road and King Street, but we also try to meet the neighbourhood of today. We have a passion for outreach, through a community drop-in, senior's housing and our ministry to the bereaved.
The service is lively and Spirit-filled. Week by week, our goal is to delight and inspire. The preaching is Bible-based and related to today. We love to sing!
Weston is one of Toronto's best kept secrets. Some call it a village in the city. It is also very diverse, reflecting the city itself. Where else can you find a Farmer's Market and great Pad Thai steps apart?
Michael is the new kid at Central, arriving in 2008. He has been in ministry for 20 years, 18 in Toronto. Michael works at making worship informal and inviting. He has diverse interests, and loves to talk on about movies, sailing, renovating, running, reading, kids and sometimes church.
