Why the 1st rule is: Never fall in love

 I just watched two movies, one about a hit man and one about a philanderer.
 
Both got in a situation where they fell in love, and when they fell in love their worlds came crashing down.
 
Why do you think this is?

Because they were fools who didn't know the real Number One Rule: Never be a fool.

 

Despite knowing that, I've been a fool many times.
