I would like my time in church to be comforting and reassuring, but also educational. I enjoy being reminded that I am not alone, even when I feel lonely, and I enjoy learning new things. In terms of execution, nuts and bolts stuff I think this means I enjoy a pretty traditional service *if done well*; I enjoy hymns, I enjoy scripture reading, and I enjoy a good sermon that ties it all together into a cogent, coherent learning experience. I also enjoy the opportunity to extend that fellowship after service; finding a church with a weekly 'coffee time' was very important to me.
