At first I read the thread title - "Bloot Saint United" - now that's a name I haven't heard before, I thought to my curious self!
The plans look pretty interesting ... in keeping with much of the highrise development in the area. Glad to see they're keeping much of the facade that says 'historical church'.

They have to. It's designated historical.
