I posted this on Facebook:
Exciting things are underway. When the United Church of Canada decided to abandon its investment in the Cafe, a small circle of friends started looking at the opportunity made present. One by one persons stepped forward to offer gifts of time, talent and treasure. With cooperation from friends of the Cafe working on the institutional side, a plan was imagined and the first steps to realization taken.
If you are even mildly curious, or somewhat intrigued, I am inviting you to stay tuned as the "new" WonderCafe explores one expression what it means to "fish on the other side of the boat"

Hi...
I was pleased to find three likes and two comments in response to the Facebook post. The comments offered encouragement and support.
I suspect several important steps will be taken before we will be able to start moving our offerings into play. Persons with administrative gifts will show the way.

George, what a wonderful post. Thank-you.
As you said, many gifts and talents in this community...
Kay, it is folks saying "i'm ready when you are" such as you did, that just make everyone's lives so much easier. .....**** Pinga wanders off humming "the wind beneath my wings"
