Has anyone experienced a reaction/allergy/sensitivty/difficulty with the gel capsule coatings on medicines or supplements? Had anyone found them to be bothersome or cause issues?
I've never had a problem with anything like that, thank goodness. The biggest issue I had was with a synthetic form of a vitamin, it made me nauseous but switching to the natural form fixed that.
I do know quite a few pills have lactose in them, I can't recall if those tend to be the capsules or the chalky pills.
