I just saw this video - a promo clip for a British television documentary. Basically says he was straight, had a stroke and then became gay. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before?
A guy I know is in hospital having a triple bypass - I must say the possibility of this outcome never occurred to me before.
Makes me wonder if he was all along. I would imagine in "Tom Jones" Wales it would be difficult being gay..........

More changes than just that
what is the self? what is personality? i've read of lots of cases where someone, after an injury, suddenly starts speaking a language fluently that they haven't learned
(i wonder if there are going to be homosexuals looking at this dude and going 'He's not Pure Blood homosexual, he wasn't BORN Gay')

No, but a man in my church had a stroke which changed his personality so that he became a child molester. Prior to his stroke, he had no such attraction. He served a year in prison for molesting a boy. I have heard of other cases like that, but this guy was the husband of my former church secretary. I also talked to a man this week whose brother became gay after an older nale neighbor molested him. I do believe that most people are born with their sexual orientation, but I wonder how common it is for sex orientation is induced by such experiences.

Speaking of waking up one morning, here's part of my true story -- I woke up November 10, 1993 with the conviction that I was not a Christian.
After thinking about this throughout the course of the day, at 6pm that evening I said a prayer to invite Christ into my heart, and then began striving to follow him.

Did this coniction just occur, or did something happen, or did you see or read something that made you realsie you were not a Christian. It would be interesting to hear it.

Mevr heard of this before. Howevr insuspect that many people i know would say waking up gay is not what counts. What counts is going to bed gay ;-)

There must be a study SOMEWHERE; not every scientist are sexual and occult prudes like the US ones tend to be; I'm thinking Russia here...
But man, that church guy who had that stroke...what a blow to his faith that must've been as well as his identity...his G_d was such an evil p*ick for doing that to him...
Changing sexual orientation is one of those things that doesn't make me believe in the sexual orientaton as identity but rather sexuality as act dealie, where we build narratives around our sexuality and even have cognitive biases to keep those narratives strong and unchallenged...
