And for me, mother to a son, I believe the words are gender neutral and not even related to age. Encouragement and confidence to find out who we are and be that person is something for all of us, male, female, young or old.
I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.
