This was apparently a serious graphic from the Wall Street Journal, showing the poor people being affected by the results of the Fiscal Cliff negotiations.
I love Esquire's title above the image, so I'll use it as well:

Doesn't it just make your heart bleed for these people? When are we gonna stop picking on single moms making $260K? That young Asian woman is trying hard to scrimp and save for the downpayment on a penthouse and can't afford a $2900 tax increase. That married couple are trying to feed 4 kids on meager $650K income, so an extra $21K in taxes means they can not longer afford to pay their personal chef (leading to more unemployment). Only the retired black couple making a very common and borderline-poverty-level $180K will escape Obama's tax hikes.
Obama is such an islamicommunofascist.

I must say I am very darn confused.
If the census says that an average salary for someone with a doctorate in the US is say $90 K, what is this single mom or single person doing to earn $260K? Is she an heiress or Charlie Sheen's escort or cooking meth?

I thought that as well, but I haven't seen anyone say anything to that effect. If you can find evidence that it is doctored, or made up, or satire, let us know.

Under Obama, corporate profits in the US have reached the highest level relative to the economy records began in 1947. Just in Obama's four years, the rise has been 170%. I suspect the situation in Canada is not much better.
We're watching, right across the western world, the biggest robbery in history.
