Yes, Saskatchewan is growing. We need more people to help us extract our underground resources as quickly as possible and little else is considered.
As a monument to our prosperity we intend to build a new stadium in Regina on mostly borrowed money.

You would feel right at home in New Brunswick. We're firing 400 medical staff to reduce the debt - but planning to borrow over a hundred million for a hockey rink (events centre).
And there's a demand for a CFL team in Moncton - metro population, maybe 160,000.
