The struggle to deal with government programmes continues in High River. Not just the business owers struggling though - many families still haven't received assistance from insurance or government.

Kay, have those families not recieved anything? I thought by now that anyone whose home had major damaged at recieved something.
What needs to be done for money to be paid out?

I believe there was a small payment to everyone right at the beginning but many families are still struggling with damaged homes they can't afford to repair. Apparently the process of actually getting money from the government is very complicated - and some people got contradictory advice.
There is still confusion about which areas are considered to be in the flood zone and which are not - and the different way these scenarios are being handled.
