corporations have been buying likes for some time now apparently.  I have heard it posited that this phenomenon, paired witht he increased use of devices like smart phones where the ads are less visible is a big part of why FB advertising revenue is below expectations (which is what is driving the stock price down)

that's neat -- another way to serve others by fulfilling their desires and hacking the various worlds (in this case, facebook) that others create for us :3

Also in the US different groups are hring people to post comments on facebook, disccussion sites and news sites like Huffington Post in order to defend/promote  products and political psoitions. 

People have actually discovered stocl photos being used on Facebook profiles, in order to lend legitmacy. In one case an facebook personna was created in order to have it appear that a 17 year old women, supported those who opposed birth control from being apart of Obama care.
