It rains a lot here. Sometimes it even gets relentlessly windy. There are endless opportunities to take piccies of dew on plants. We even have fog that can move like water and true wilderness a mere drive away.
What is the purpose of this thread? For us to post our "Hey, neat weather" piccies, reminisces, poetry, songs, whichever.
I'll start with a link to these wonderful phenomena. It's translated from the Russian.
Thanks to my friend, I now have a name for what I saw while waiting for the Nanaimo ferry, that upside-down rainbow right above me in the sky.

Next week on Nov. 8th we will have an asteroid pass between the earth and the moon.
Enjoying the pics here.

Whazzat?! Some oisk 3 times, count them, aboot a Circumzenithal arc?
(note: this isn't my picture, but note the rainbow's orientation in relation to the sun...that's what I mean by 'upside down')
These light phenomena can get quite spectacular
EasternOrthodox,
NICE aurora :3 I was particularly blessed one time when I got to spend some quality time with my friends hot tubbing up valley during a clear night with a full moon with a spectacular meteor shower with the aurora borealis :3 I think that was in 1999.
