Do I dare?

I am an AVID Vancouver Canucks fan! If you'd asked me 3 weeks ago about the upcoming - now happening - shortened season, my reply would have been somewhat ambivolent. Then came time to play and I was right back into the thick of it! Early performances showed the rust and the nerves, but "my guys" are settling down. Since every game 'counts', should be an exciting season! GO CANUCKS!

As I have stated here before, I am a Canucks fan too, but still feeling pretty ambivalent about the season. I have yet to watch or listen to a game - and have only caught a couple of highlights while watching the news. I'll be back eventually, but not yet.

Well somegalfromcan, you know all team support is a welcome thing. And gotta tell ya that the game tonight was a great one. Corrie redeemed himself for the Game 1 debacle and his being pulled. Tonight was a clean shutout win! And a couple of new players are really stepping up. I'm hoping for an exciting season. And a cup is long overdue but not looking that far yet.
