My FB newsfeed is just plastered with responses to this article.

I think the author had good intentions, but I agree with many of the responses, she's slut shaming, and promoting a double standard.
She has posted another version without the topless photos, but it's not like she RAN and took down the photos like she recommends teenage girls do. Both versions are still on her site.
The thing that bothered me most was the comment that once a male sees a girl in a state of undress, he can't unsee it and then it implies that she will only be seen in a sexual way to him.
Is there anything wrong with being seen in a sexual way to someone? I would hope that all males are capable of seeing women in various manners.

I wonder if the author teaches her boys why something like this is completely unacceptable:

I guess this was more suited towards a FB discussion?

To be honest I think she's off her rocker. I agree that girls need to tone down the "sexy" facebook pictures but in my opinion she goes too far...and doesn't have much faith in hers sons.

Mostly, I thought it was hilarious that she posted all those topless pictures of her sons. Super hypocritical!

Yeah, eventually she took them down, but I still don't think she completely gets it. *sigh*
