Does God Hear Our Tweets?

There is a new service in Israel that will take your tweets to God and print and then take them to put into the wailing wall.
This raises several questions. Does God hear our tweets? Do you need to keep your prayers to under 140 charactors? 
Can you use abreviations? Will twitter keep a copy of our prayers/tweets forever? Can I just add #God or #prayertoGod (#ptg for short) to my tweets/prayers?

This is just a modern take on a long tradition.Unfortunately, many people will not be able to make the pilgrimage to the Wall
There have always been places you could write, then fax, then email, now twitter.... and have it put in the wall. It is just keeping up with technology....
BTW, yes there are those who charge to print and deposit prayers, but this is also done as charity by some.

Taking a moment of silence and breathing a prayer works for me. But I'm not about to knock other forms of prayer. It seems to me that whatever comes from the heart has already gone to God.

I believe that GOD is omnisicent, omnipotent, and omnipresent so I'd say HE always hears all prayers.

Well, if HE does indeed hear all of them, then HE is also omni-indifferent.

Or that the answer doesn't involve the flash and bang a faker would use.

Again, no matter how hard you pray, the chances of your preferred outcome occurring doesn't change no matter how subtle. It's almost as if God isn't there. That's why I'm saying that if He does indeed hear all prayers, it's as if He isn't there, or just doesn't care.

What if you pray for something and God knows granting that wish wouldn't have so great a long-term outcome?
On the other hand, without said flash and bang, you can't prove that God fulfills prayers, and on the level of classical logic one can't say they are answered. It becomes a matter of interpretation. Was my prayer not fulfilled, or was it fulfilled in a way I didn't think of?
I guess it would be fun to think the latter... just to be optimistic.
I personally think that prayer is a form of meditation. A way of clearing the mind, focusing on something, both on our lives and on what exists outside of them. That doesn't mean it's not also talking to God, as the sort of God I believe in is within us.
And within those around us. And without the entire sphere of logical (that includes Biblical) comprehension.

Personally I don't need "confirmation", I have faith. I know GOD always answers but I don't sit on pins and needles because I know that doesn't mean it'll be the answer I want and I know sometimes great patience is required also. In other words I don't take for granted the answer being quick or desirable, I can only beseech GOD.
