Really. The more I learn about three topics. the more they begin to enfold one on another...
Taoism'
Buddhism
Quantum Mechanics.
They all say that everything is connected to everything.
It takes a while for stupendous ideas to change the world
The world is not flat
It is not the center of the universe.
Every time it is examined the universe becomes larger and more complex.
If the idea of many worlds becomes a standard scientific model it seems to me it will change religions radically.
Everyone is aware of their environment and is some way deals with it.
EveryTHING is. From Quark to electron to fish, lion, and man -- planets, galaxies ...
and, I guess, universes, which are infinite in number -- perhaps double in number
every nanosecond. Everything is to some degree aware. As this becomes more widely accepted by other than those with 96 Doctorates --
Will this not radically change the form and function of religion?
If anyones response to the above changes your mind about anything you just may have - in that second created a whole, brand - new universe!
Just think: There are billions of "You"
and some of them are smarter and really contributed great things, are fabulously rich and have planet-wide influence !
If you consider that to be true: to whom do you now pray?
If there are dimensions in which 'our' logic and math no longer are applicable, how could we learn about /argue with/ begin to understand?
(I'm having enough of a problem with 'entanglement' which is obviously impossible and proven true..,what a great time to be alive!)

Not only that, but a recent experiment confirmed a wacky 1967 mathematical paper. In the experiment, they found out that the properties of the photons DEPENDED and CHANGED depending on what instrument they were using.
Physicist Anton Zeilinger said "There is no sense in assuming that what we do not measure about a system has [an independent] reality..."
Each interpretation of QM (and there are more than 5) has its own followers.
There is a scientific 'proof' of the Many Worlds Interpretation, but no one is crazy enough to try it -- it is essentially committing suicide in a very precise way and if the Many Worlds Interpretation is correct, then they 'survive'.
One of my favourite paraphrases of JBS Haldane: "...universe is not only stranger than we imagine, it is stranger than we can imagine..."

I'd call this thread open minded. Seeing everything as 'One' and connected is an expansion of awareness, and "that" is our goal in life.

Consider the words created in Moses as he dealt with that dark quantum mountain ... would people today say he was crazy for going there? Just an adlib from Leo Buscalia or Robert Fulgum ... in my limited mind I can't remember ... possibly a remnant of Tiye to the surroundings ... environment and the gynes ... or is that Jinns in reactive Dan's. It makes the devils want to laugh in church ... but we're listening to those who believe they're perfect in their silence ... never learned anything wrong in the passing ... not a clue about hopes for improvement ... why this wee dot in space called the moving mire hearth ... a caldron of emotions ... drives the Cos Moes ... alternate pool?

I think every one of us shapes the Quantum Continuum merely by observing, measuring, and contemplating IT, simply because our thoughts become part of the Q Continuum.
Why not call this thread the Q Thread?

Now there's an Idée to focus upon ... close to phi, witch's Ø near to love on the cycle of the emotional mind/soul/psyche that must be constructed from scratch ... since we arrive here without a clue ... and no balance ... anthropocentric and many can't get beyond that point due to pointless authority ... thus the subliminal .. anonymous understanding daemon?
