I write in this section because its the busiest advertising spot in Wondercafe - which is, i guess as it should be.
I've long intended to write an autobiograpy - albeit a very crude one - for my children But I've never had the discipline. So I've reverted to an old blog site of mine that I haven't used for ages. I'm going tp use it to force myself to write (not in chronological order) of incidents, most only a page or two. The frist series is famous people I have known- or met - or seen - and some who were famous only to me. The first person is of Earl Alexander of Tunis.
If anyone would like to look at it from time to time, google Graeme the Chatterer. About half way down the page, you'll see an entry with new beginnings in it. That's it.
The first person to check the site gets a free, lifetime listing for daily visits by Jehovah Witnesses.

This is a good idea and it is very exciting to see you share your stories. I loved your first post. It was both interesting and very easy to read and enjoy.
Please arrange that the Witnesses who come are similar in abilities and talent as Michael Jackson and Prince when they were witnesses. And make sure they can suply there own musical instraments. I only have a recorder.
BTW the way I too was a Boy Scout, and the famous person I met was Ann Murray. Howver it was not a nice experience. She used me for 2 hours and than she abandonned me,. I was only 15, Plus I was not the only boy scout she did this to. There were 15,000 other scouts who along with me were promised a free concert, but instaed were forced to watch her repeat one song over and over again on a dark night at the 1977 Canadian Jamborree. Then when she was successful in getting the film she needed for her TV special, she took a break and promised me that she would be back to sing other songs to us, Love songs we were hoping. Her blue sweat pants and sweatshirt made her look like a boy I could love forever.
I and 15000 other boy scouts are still waiting for Anne to come back and sing love songs to us. I am now begining to feel I was used and than dumped with a lie. Do you hear me Anne. After this summer I might just give up waiting for you to come back.
I will never forget that night with Anne. I am so confused as to why?
