Beautiful prayer, Mendalla.   Lovely sunrise here this morning.

Handsome bird.  Red-bellied woodpeckers have been visitors at my feeders in previous years.

Beautiful prayers, Mandella. Pantheistic rather than secular UU. My kind of prayers!

Only a woodpecker can make a natural holy tree ...

Mortals tend to totally dispose of schematic trees ... too reasonable ...

Mother-nature ... that's an unknown rationale unless you study such weird things contrary to excessive industry ...

Stardust, one of Wiles Neilson favours, a fallen angel; Flatliner?

You can almost smell de mud 'ere (in that contrived image) can't Cha (or as the Gael says with the silent "h)" C'est Ca! That's how it becomes when the pious believe it to have FROZEN (Freud's frame of soma?)! Is that a film noire too? You did know that "Ca" is an old word for spirit in some cases stoic (hard hart'd). Creation made it this way for the harder it is to learn the Þ'eta the less-UNe ... in Eire this is known as paddy's down ... or well feathered thoughts as they alight in apocalyptic auras with shaft in violet form eL uv or purple! The words drips with sects ... as  distance makes the heart think ...

What a spot to be in with people that don't wish to know and so much wisdom out there ... from which religious authority would like to isolate us from. Is that abba'd? Did you know abba'd is a Hebrew explicit term that was derived from Eire Ma IHC ... a linguistic pattern of Semite nation that the west would like to eliminate (thus the separate, isolated, or shunned connotation)? Is there rationale for this? No! Religious fey-Ta (sometimes Tao) does not allow for knowledge or process, thought must be busted, so the emotions support authorities that don't know. Haven't you noticed this trend about us as we've blown IÐ! What's to be expected if you don't even understand IÐ, as compared to Ego ... a psychic thing? Comprehension of a cyclic sort, sometimes comes in waves!

Some care could be used when in the world of wisdom though or you could be like Sheldon or Spock ... a person denying the child of K'R-toon, thus they can't care to think ... pure LOGOS! T'is an odd thing, no? Like crossing over onto un familiar dimensions ... out of your emotional soma ... upstanding sentience, when it comes to somnalent status ... of just lies ... they're as a rule Flatout and thus the contemplation of the dead or realization of Classic Tongues now gone and the dementia associated therewith. Many modern thinkers believe we do not want know to know Eires of the past as they smell of something gone bad! Consume nothing after today, tomorrow if a Sunday!

Did you know smell is an important sense along with sight in developing adequate tastes for what is right, or wrong ... turns in cosmological thinking ... that's out'ere (and goes around)! Some people believe it is wrong to wonder ... thus the conception of BIGFOOT (soma) that does have to go, he stands on that already ... thus this odd Shadow! Did you know ET is upright in Hebrew ... this above the BIGFOOT gives a huge shin/sin of the calves ... or holy bulluch an opposing BS vs the fertility of nothing as an abstract you can make something of ... but you got to put part of self into it ... thus passion in the temple (but that could be a mental case).

Usually its emotionally tough though if you screw up believing abba'd was not right ... until you get it together in time for means of telos ... that probing for the bottom ends (mamamia). It develops like de Nus (Greek "v", possibly a gamma or a dark thing left out of all the illustrations in the Sistine Chapel that had rye angels of emotions ... not an Eire on eM! Chi-apple, that's a fiery fruit ... that has no clues it is about to be eaten ... can you believe you ate the whole windfall as if it were infallable on God's tree? Investors like windfalls ... other people's mistakes ... why we're encouraged to not think ... good for business inflation ... alas contageous! T Boone Pickens liked to hire CEOs that made mistakes ... it is better to pay for other's mistakes and not your own ... that'slater or as the choch rests! Somebody has to get the cake ... a form of Hebrew choqan ... like a bolt of manna out of deb lieu ... in France this was Louis XIV ... the last of the Sun God ... after that they knew nothing ... Marie looked after that and the attitude towards the po' and thus the lower powers learned ... the value of myth as it became a pathology. Perfect people despise pathologics as they reveal errors ... consider Hannabel Lectur ... he ranted on brains poorly cooked up ... a myth in vanity? You believed you were in control? OH, the vanity of vanity ... those that believe they are with God and thus control everything ... als God rests ... Cephas Deis (7th dae)syndrome ... so people have trouble disturbing gods ... other's have no trouble at all due to flaws in compassion about letting it rest! The emotions that is ...

And crowds sitting in the PEW wait for the aroma of God when it appears to be out there as a cover up (as s'ent) like daisy chains ... but in the church the smell of the hyde (awkward)  side of BS. If you can believe it ... ever see a smart er Ur-in the temple ...  what the kidney's were conceived of for removal by RO ... OZ Moses in reverse ... allows for backward beasts going the wrong way verses a wise God that runs from innocence ... thus the myth was worded, and plus de wordy or a gross ditty (accrude word, collective cognizance?). The emotional can't see this ridiculous creation though ... as constructive cynicism is not allowed and thus the reversal of time in a myth and you do go back. This is why some people hate to read history ... it reveals timeless errors to those that believe in excellence and perfection ... they don't learn either!

Now comes the cute trivia part. Can you guess who Naomi King's father is without Googling for the information?

Nope,

I'm trained to know nothing ... a rule generated by a pious book ...

Sometimes I sneak a thought oor two though ... is that devious or underhand satyr?

Martin Luther King Jr.'s? I think she was the one who spoke at the Truth and Reconilliation walk last year, here in Vancouver but I could be wrong.

Nope. Take a look at her picture wink. She, like most UUs, is an admirer of King (in fact, he was apparently rather fond of us, too, though not enough to become one).

Is she any relation to Stephen King, writer?   Only other King I can think of.

Lol. Saw the photo. Definately not MLK's daughter. I've seen what she looks like. Duh, sorry. You're talking about the Rev. who writes the prayers of course! Her name didn't click from the OP. read that 2 days ago. Hadn't had coffee yet today. I thought you were just giving us a random trivia question of the day! :)

Bingo! Good call, gecko. She is, in fact, the eldest child of horror-fantasy writer Stephen King and the only one of his kids to stay out of the family business. Her brother Joe, who writes as Joe Hill, is a bestselling horror-fantasy writer in his own right. Their other brother, Owen, has at least one story collection out.

Just looked her up on google.  Interesting person with a fascinating story.  I used to read Stephen's books.....haven't tackled one in awhile.  Favourite was always "The Shining".   Naomi certainly has the creative genes for ministry.  Also checked out her facebook page.  Like the prayers.

I kind of gave up on him partway through It, but still come back occasionally now. I just found there was too much description relative to the action during that period in his career. Later, he seemed to get his mojo back and I did enjoy The Dark Tower series as far as I got in it (I stalled halfway through but intend to get back when I have more reading time).

I think I would put The Mist as my favorite today, simply because it was the novel (though it is so short, it actually first appeared in a horror anthology) that reminded me, after my falling out with his work, of just how damn good King could be when he put his mind to it.

Alas, some rather unhappy news on this front. Due to a progressive, debilitating illness (of which I was somewhat aware) Rev. King is having to curtail her social media ministry. Other hands are taking up various aspects of it and a colleague has taken on the task of editing a print edition of the Universalist Prayers blog. They had a live Twitter session with her to discuss and allow fans to express their thoughts and wishes.

The announcement: http://revnaomiking.tumblr.com/post/82472673909/changes-on-the-journey

Today's evening prayer:

Sorry to learn of Rev. King's illness.  Enjoy reading her prayers - they are close to the heart and the earth.  If I weren't involved in the UCC, the UU Church is one I would explore further.

One can't have a binary faith?

What about God that claims to be all-loving and all-wise omni-essnce of duality or the presentation of the bifurkated braen ... bi farkled in some expressions ...

You did know that "f" was an "s" in some lines of linguistics? This allows for bis ark-led and thus the Shadow confuses in arid parts ... like dark lasses in the san ... like without much but dipthongs ... bi kin ease? ... near rye words ...cool
