Jesus wears many hats in the Bible.
Miracleworker - many of the gospel miracles
Radical - turning the tables in the Temple
Evangelizer - revival meeting with no tent ( Sermon of the Mount) The original "Come to Jesus meeting"
Comforter - The woman with demons
Friend - Mary Magdeline
Enigma - writing in the dirt
Solitary - spends time alone
Political - march into jeruselem.
These only name a few. What is your favorite charactaristic of the man, Jesus?
What example do you give and why is it your favorite?

Jesus the Solitary is my favourite, and his 40 day Quest in the desert is perhaps indicative of him belonging to a sect of mystical seekers like the Ebionites or the Nazorenes who sought enlightenment by withdrawing into the desert in prayer, fasting, contemplation and meditation.
"Jesus the Nazorene" might well be indicative of him being a Nazorene rather than being born in the town of Nazareth.

My Favorite part of Jesus is the way He developed His friendships, & the way He treated His friends.
I find it to be beautiful, & beyond beautiful where words cannot describe.

Jesus ate with tax collectors, sinners, prostitutes. Essentially he associated and tried to look after the dregs of society. He also opposed, non violently, the Roman Empire; indeed all empires.
