Bell Hosting Question

Does anyone use Bell Hosting for their websites?
Are you being punished as I am?
Somehow my site was lost - well not lost really, it is there, but I can't edit it because the original is no longer anywhere to be found - last week the email from Support was "So sorry, we can not answer this question and are forwarding to the third tier support service".
Third Tier isn't talking to me. I feel unloved.
So I have resigned myself to rebuilding the site but the hosting site is slow and the builder programme won't always load. I'm getting cranky.
In response to the consistent Java script errors, I upgraded Java which did nothing for Bell Hosting but did improve WonderCafe which now loads much faster.
I'm still cranky though.
Am I alone in my crankiness....

Don't know anything about websites lb - but I'm kinda cranky myself these days about other stuff ... so no - you're not alone in that!

Thanks Carolla, you know what they say "misery loves company"
I've spent over two hours trying to get into the site - while I futilely waited for it to load I managed to update another web site through a different hosting site - so I'm somewhat confident it is not a problem at my end.
I sent yet another email off to support for all the good that will do.
Oh did I mention I'm also doing the books for 2008 taxes. It doesn't get any worse than this.
LB - looking forward to work tomorrow and getting a hug from all my seniors.

Despite that the weather's still warm here, carolla's "wine in front of the fire" sounds good to me. (make mine a merlot - with some crackers and good cheese.)

Hmmmm.. I just bought a cell phone off my brother in law and it is from Bell Mobility. I sure hope their cell customer service is better.
