Tomorrow I head off on my vacation to California - whoopie - so you all will have to do without my wit, wisdom and pithy quotes for two weeks, ah I can hear the sobs as I type.
My trip ends end in San Francisco but I shall leave my heart in Wondercafe and return to bore you with my pictures

Safe journeys!! and since you're travelling into foreign territory, into the deep US of A, keep an open mind:

Oooh - Cali! Have a perfectly delightful time LB! I'm sure you'll be able to find some lovely new red shoes & boots down there to add to your collection ... a girl's gotta keep an eye open for special things! I shall look forward to yawning my way through your slide shows when you return!

Have a great trip and enjoy. I look forward to seeing some of your pictures when you come back. Perhaps you will need to host a wine and cheese party when you come back, featuring California red wines.

I have never been to San Fran but have heard it is wonderful! Have a safe trip and take lots of pictures.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes.
The bags are packed. I'm just finishing off downloading calming relaxing music for the plane - I hate airtravel btw.
This time Wednesday I will be travelling this..
