Thanks everyone! I am right handed, so it isn't too horrible. It's doing much better, but I'll keep typing short so it doesn't flare up again. I can't do it one handed, the other one ends up flying out to help!

Sorry, I meant to give more of an update and then I had a busy weekend and managed to forget! Thanks for all the kind thoughts!
I have no idea what the heck I did, maybe just a flare up of the tingling issues I've had. I had bad nerve pain going through my whole arm, including my fingers. A large area on the inside of my upper arm felt bruised, but I don't remember doing anything to it and nothing ever showed up. Sometimes I feel like my body just wants at least one thing to go wrong at any time! Resting and icing helped it a bit and then it just seemed to fade away. Now as long as I don't lean on it funny it's ok. Now I should probably get to bed before lack of sleep causes something else to go wonky!
