brown . . . I can't even see my grass - and probably won't for at least another 3 or  weeks - it is still covered in 4 feet of snow and more is falling as we speak!

noting that the colour green doesn't actually occur somewhere 'out there' but is, rather, what happens when a certain wavelength light interacts with a nervous system with a particular makeup which as the result of a complicated process and interactions comes up with 'green'...

Depends where you're looking here :)  We've had a nice warm stretch.  I'm hearing that April is going to cool down again and it wouldn't be shocking to get some more snow.

 

To elaborate on IW's response, I was thinking 570 nm.  Wikipedia says 520-570 nm is green, so I was fairly close.
