Even though i dont really believe in ghosts...that is pretty creepy.

I'm sure many of you have heard of he Heinz delimma. We were talking about it a few weeks ago in my professional practice class. This is the wikipedia blurb.

The Heinz dilemma is a frequently used example in many ethics and morality classes. One well-known version of the dilemma, used in Lawrence Kohlberg's stages of moral development, is stated as follows:

A woman was near death from a special kind of cancer. There was one drug that the doctors thought might save her. It was a form of radium that a druggist in the same town had recently discovered. The drug was expensive to make, but the druggist was charging ten times what the drug cost him to produce. He paid $200 for the radium and charged $2,000 for a small dose of the drug. The sick woman's husband, Heinz, went to everyone he knew to borrow the money, but he could only get together about $1,000 which is half of what it cost. He told the druggist that his wife was dying and asked him to sell it cheaper or let him pay later. But the druggist said: "No, I discovered the drug and I'm going to make money from it." So Heinz got desperate and broke into the man's store to steal the drug for his wife.

Should Heinz have broken into the store to steal the drug for his wife? Why or why not?^[1]

What would I do if someone came to me with about a second's worth of footage of some claw swiping at the camera.

I'd ask to see several seconds worth of before and after footage.

i'd bring my kids and check it out... they love that kind of stuff.

I'd want to see evidence that this actually happened and isn't faked somehow.  I'd want evidence that it isn't something intrinsic to the camera like lens flare or something.  Me - I'm a doubting Thomas!

I'm a bit of doubting Thomas myself, kaythecurler.  Both the "casper ghost" and the "claw" look like bright lights or lighting that could be anything.  But, if I actually saw something that looked like that in real life . . . I'd run like you know what . . . !

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF . . .?

What would you do if you were in a bank at the teller, and several bank robbers came in with guns, masks, the whole works . . . and proceeded to rob the bank?

i'd do whatever they told me to do.
