Good Friday Meditations- The things Jesus left behind -
Before he is arrested, Jesus is a man of action. We hear his words. We see things through his eyes. He is the one who acts. He sets the scene. He invites people to interact with him. After he is arrested, Jesus is the one who is acted upon. He is the one spoken to. He has been handed over to the world, and he must wait for the world’s response.
