The pastoral charge payroll service has a new client service number:

This line directs treasurers to a six member team thoroughly versed in the complexities of the payroll service for the United Church. The dedicated line will be open from 8:30am to 5pm Eastern. After that time, the same number will be directed to the regular small business client services team, who will be able to assist with more straightforward questions and concerns. For more complicated or involved issues, the client representative will take the information, including contacts at the pastoral charge or ministry unit calling, and refer the issue to the dedicated team to answer the following business day.
