Cindy, an encounter with the Christian God?

This is one of my favorite video. I look at it when I need inspiration and reinforcement im my belief that God exists. In this video God is called Cindy. It shows to me that people are important and can make a difference.
I am very disappointed by the lack of attention given to Africa in Canada lately. The Middle East, how the economy is affecting us, celebrities, and other things dominate our news and discussions.Even here. Just look at the tags to the left. Why is that?
I believe that what is happening in Africa is the biggest ethical issue of our day. Especially what is happening tp poor women. It is not only AIDS, did you know over 500,000 women die each year after childbirth from bleeding. All of whom would not die if they had access to a 50 cent pill.

Where did that 50 cent pill come from? God? Jesus? Or rational scientific medical research.
Take time to reflect where the real answers and solutions come from if you're going to invoke them.

And yet, the vast majority of people distributing those pills are doing so in the name of their faith, MSF not withstanding.

I difinately agree that Africa needs help. But, obviously, media and such aren't giving it the attention it needs. It really leaves it up to us, then. That's what I think anyways.
