Seem to be a health kick these days (perhaps it has been for a long time and I'm just finding out about it .
Has anyone incorporated this into their daily diet? Do you see any health benefits? Any issues or difficulties? Why do you eat/take it?

I add them to oatmeal and smoothies. I can't say I've noticed any health benefits from eating them though.

So, these are the same seeds used to grow the infamous 'chia pets'! I had no idea. For some reason, I thought they were grown with alfalfa sprouts. Haven't tried them yet.
