The water keeps rising and Fargo is under evacuation alert. Is there anyone from Manitoba who can give us a hint of what is happening there. How badly will Southern Manitoba be affected?

Having had a flood along the St. John last spring, I am thinking about those people who live along the Red River. They must be worrying and watching the weather hourly. Cold weather, no rain or snow, is what people from NB were hopeing for. While we still have the threat of flood, it doesn't seem likely that it will be anything like last year.
Sorry for you in southern Manitoba. Is it affecting any members of the Cafe?
