There's a website that tracks homophobic languange on twitter.
I was actually a little surprised how often faggot has been used today, it's not something that people I hang out with say often (unlike 'so gay') but I'm not exactly a teen either.
I did watch the feed for a little while, and positively, not all the words are being used in a negative way, some are actually tweeting about the site!

This reminds me of one time I saw that my LJ acct was friended by some unknown LJ account
I checked it out and found out that the account was to friend LJ accts that had spelling mistakes/grammar mistakes in their Interests...
