Franklin Graham

I heard on TV this morning that Franklin Graham said that you are not born Christian, You can be born Jew, Muslim or others but you can not be born Christian.

You must go through the born again, testimony baptism by immersion and washed in the blood.

What do you think. I can't find the statements that he made.

Were you born Christian?,

We're all born without belief in a deity or deities.  These things are taught later.  If you dropped off a child or Christian parents in New Delhi, the child would quite likely be a Hindu as he or she grows up.

Strictly speaking, we're all born atheists, in that we don't believe in a god or gods.  Inititally, we have no reason to believe that air exists, either.  We're hopeful of boobies.

Christian is not an ethnic group as Jewish is.  (Neither is Muslim for that matter AFAIK).

NO I was not born Christian.  However, because of the place and time where I was born there was a pre-disposition that I would become affiliated with Christianity.

ANd of course I disagree with the baptism by immersion and washed in the blood requirement as well, but that is a theological thing, not  a sociological thing.

Franklin is a very foolish person. He is confusing idenity with faith.

This is a man who said last year that Moslems should not be free to build mosques because they only want to use them to convert people.

His foolishness also allows him to cast doubt on Obama religion and citizenship, he has an agenda, which obliges him to defy logic.

No I was not born Christian. I was born again, washed in the blood, and baptized by the Spirit. During my lifetime I have been baptized and confirmed in the United Church, and baptized by immersion in the Fellowship Baptist church. I don't agree that one must be baptized by immersion to be a Christian. The important thing is having faith in Jesus Christ.

We are all born stoop ID (all bent out od shape), with that aboriginal power of wonder (what's that for) now, boobies (Alb atross'd about the neck, well gown'd) are natural as first thing that bursts thro dimensions unknown ... bust of V' Nous the first spark of psyche-ich activity? (you did know that nous is an old word for psyche ... and thinking being disbelieved by those that worship emotions alone ... God, devoid of the other half?) Then a small fringe group accept god as all there is like philosophy ... love of ... knowledge and wisdom? Some process required ... thus th ongoing thing ...

But according to Matthew 5:22 we shouldn't call eM fools as they could flame at you if you irritate them. Consider the powers that intervene between peoples according to ancient script ... and God will come between ... all things intervene?

And such dimensions sort of grow on yah ... that's the drama ... as light creeps in ...

Well sometimes then sometimes the Shadow prevails ... and question goes on and on ... so the story go'st ...

Thin dimensions ripple, that line between fully emotional and entirely intellectual ... psychopathe-ich without company of thine self bedeviling U from the Ais of the mind ... imaginary Zoan?

I thanl God for Jack N. and Robin W. ...William C. .. all psycholgists of great satire ... telling indeterminate stories to those that don't know metaphors ... alternate stuff ... stirs the unmentionable!
