Today I welcome you to the Open Table...I pray you will join me more often , grab a tea or coffee...brings some sweet goodies if you like I could be forced to eat one or two lol lol....post on the topic or just relax sit back and take it in...what ever way...I thankyou for visiting .....

Today the Lord has lead me to teach on the Holy Spirit....

As many of us have learned ..in other bible studies on the Open Table...that the Holy Spirit is a parcel or part of the Whole Divinty...The Trinity....as we know God the Father ...Jesus is the channel by which we Learn and Grow and the Holy Spirit as the Carrier of Gods Will and Word into our Lives and Hearts...

When we invite Jesus Our Lord into Our Hearts we are Sealed with the Holy Spirit of Promise...Witness of God as a Whole...the Fruit of the Holy Spirit are ...

Love, Joy, Peace , Longsuffereing, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, Temperance.....These are what are provided from Our Lord Through the Holy Spirit....when We pray to God each day...He will provide all of these at the times we are in weakness and just cannot retain these Fruits..so remember when You run short of any of these Fruits they will be provided for the asking.....

On the other side of the Coin we can stop the Blessings of the Holy Spirit by not being the Fruit of the Holy Spirit...listed below are some ways to confront the Grief we are causing  to once again Light Up The Holy Spirit of God....when we are grieving the Holy Spirit it means we are hurting the growth of ourselves or putting pain upon others whom we Love....

What then , in Us causes the Divine God Grief...

John 14:17

He is the Spirit of Truth, any thing false, decietful, hypocritical Grieves Him..

2 Corth  4:13

He is the Spirit of Faith, so doubt , unbelief, distrust, worry, anxiety Grieves Him..

Heb 10:29

He is the Spirit of Grace, so that which is hard, bitter, ungracious, unthankful, unforgiven or unloving Grieves Him...

Romans 1:4

He is the Spirit of Holiness, so anything unclean , defiling  or degrading Grieves Him...

Eph.  1:17

He is the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation so ingorance, conceit, arrogance and folly Grieve Him...

2 Tim. 1:7

He is the Spirit of Power, Love and Self-disipline so that which is barren, fruitless, disorderly, confused and uncontrolled Grieves Him..

Romans 8:2

He is the Spirit of Life so anything that savours of indifference, lukewarmness, spiritual dullness and deadness Greives Him...

1 Peter 4:14

He is the Spirit of Glory so anything worldly, earthly or fleshly Grieves Him...

As long as we are indulding in known sin , we are living in the same Abode with a Grieved Spirit who is thereby Hindered from Manifesting Himself Fully in and through Us....

Now that we know we can Grieve the Holy Spirit we can Depend on God for the answers of helping us jump this hurdle...

Romans 8:27

He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Holy Spirit , because the Spirit intercedes for the Saints according to His Will....

Dear Lord I ask today that you Intercede in the Lives of all of Us who Grieve the Holy Spirit ....make us aware of sin that causes grieving of the Holy Spirit and show us the Wisdom and Knowledg to change these things in Our Lives...We thankyou for the Wonderful Holy Spirit, You have given us to help , Guide and Grow us as we Learn in the Knowlede and Wisdom of You the Almighty God , Universal, All Loving , All Powerful...In Jesus Name I Pray ..amen and amen..
