Ok, here's mine, recently posted in the wonder pub...
This is a cross between a science experiment and an RX for PMS... it's great to make with kids and tastes fabulous - especially if you thought there was nothing good in the house and a chocolate craving hits. It's great on it's own, better with whipped cream and downright divine with ice cream.
Microwave Brownie in a Mug
4 Tb flour
4 Tb sugar
2 Tb cocoa powder
2 Tb water
2 Tb vegetable oil
dash of salt
Add the sugar, flour, cocoa and salt to the mug or small bowl and mix. Then add the oil and water and mix really well. Microwave on high for roughly a minute. Let it cool for a minute. Grab spoons.
It's shocking how easy it is... an easily addictive. But I swear that my troubles have been lifted at the sight of my partner arriving with two steaming mugs of hot brownie
Enjoy...

Ok, i don't have the recipe handy, but, my cousin's morning glory muffins were so amazing...and, when life was awful...and eating wasn't on the mind...cousin peg's muffins would show up...with a cup of tea..and before you knew it, a small piece broken off, turned into a chunk..and then the muffin was gone.

My auntie M was an amazing cook... my mom is an awesome nuts and bolts cook but my aunt took it to the next level. She always made me feel like I was the queen of england coming for a meal... so everynight the best china, the best crystal, no matter what was on the plate... I lived with them for 4 months a long time ago and I took away from them a profound understanding of hospitality...

oh my gaiagrrl.... that is sounding fabulous, and might jsut have to make a couple tonight... or go to the gym... there's a toss up for you. :)
I have a great recipe that makes a home-made version of two-bite brownies. Yeehaw!
I was looking for a brownie recipe in one of my many books. I wanted something that used cocoa and real butter, and none of my books had one. They all had brownies with the choc squares, or peanut butter brownies (good) or kahlua brownies (waste of good kahlua) or something weird.
So I went online. I found 5 brownie recipes and made them all in one week!! My two-bite brownies were the best of the best! What a happy week that was!

My partner makes the best brownies (and I'm not biased, really! ). She likes to tell the story that I fell in love with her because of her brownies. We met as part of a planning team for a worship service at Bloor St UC. The planning took place over potluck meals. She brought brownies to one of those meetings. I loved the brownies. I quickly fell in love with her. Don't know if that's why. She still bakes those brownies for me. I still love her. Gotta wonder.

I have never checked out Social before and what happens!!--brownies!! On my 'Life's Important Instructions' poster one of the good lines is, "never turn down homemade brownies."
I am going to try that mug thing (get thee behind me, Satan) and I bet my grandkids would really love it. Now I MUST get back to work.

Some days making ice cubes is a challenge for me. If it's OK with the rest of you I'll toss in a prayer.
