No, there isn't really an app for that; there IS a solution however!
If you have any difficulties the survey with the link you have been sent, or having any technical problems with the survey that the United Church is currently conducting on "Leadership and Healthy Relastionships", please contact:
Nicholas Borodenko at Prairie Research Associates: borodenko@pra.ca or, by phone at 204-987-2030.
Hitting a technical glitch just when you've spent a bunch of time on the survey is frustrating! We Know! But we need your feedback to get the best information we can.
Thank you all for your patience, and thanks especially to those who've contacted us to mention these difficulties, so we can assist anyone else that may have them too.

SG: Contact Nicholas (as above). If you are a lay leader or ministry personnel in the United Church, he'll send you a link!
Thanks for asking!

Is this survey only for lay leaders and miisters? What aout the rewt of us who have views on UC leadership?

nope: sorry folks! Lay leaders (chairs, members of committees at pastoral charges, ministry units, presbytery and Conference) or ministry personnel (all types including lay -- an apparent oxymoron, I know-- DLM, Diaconal and Ordered)
The main gist of today's communication is that we've JUST found out that forwarding the link won't work, if the forwardER has completed the survey. So, please email Nicholas at bordenko@pra.ca and he'll send you a link that WILL work.
Anyone interested in commenting on leadership in the United Church is ALWAYS welcome to! Just send it to info@united-church.ca.

Martha.....i'm wondering about the quality of the survey hire, if they didn't forsee this issue....dang...even when I did a survey using one of the survey tools, I did test cases and validated the links. If this is outsourced, I would be challenging them on their charges.

Well, they did...but we (and by we I'm using the term organizationally) requested enough 'other things' that their standard 'you can not pass along this link; please contact us to send a fresh one' got missed.
Of course missing that bit will have cost us some responses so there will be some negotiation, certainly; it was not our fault. Happily, last I heard there were almost 700 responses already.
Please also note: it was Much Less Expensive for PRA and MyersNorrisPenny to do it that it would have cost if 'we' had done it.

Yeah: bump!
Actually, I also wanted to point out that if you haven't recieved a survey link and you think you should have one, as you Are a leader (either ministry or lay):
PLEASE contact Nicholas Borodenko (borodenko@pra.ca) for a link!
Our lists are not well maintained and it's showing! There have been a number of calls to Ministry and Employment and Nicholas has sent out a bunch of links already.
We've had a massive response so far (800+): please do complete the survey and have your say!
