So, recently I've gotten into the whole facebook applications deal. I must say, there's some pretty impressive stuff. I've done the farmtown, the restaurant city, what are some of your favorites?

I am enjoying both Lexolous and Wordscraper, two variations of Scrabble.
There is a new one, Fish World, where you keep fish tanks, feed buy and sell fish, clean algae etc. Fun for now but I can see it wearing off sooner or later. I showed it to my eight-year-old and she has her own 'tank', on my FB account. However it is teaching her about profit. Buy a fish for this much, feed it and wait till it matures, then sell it for that much.

I SO love the little "hide" button next to all those things!! :) I like the 'homepage' that tells me what my friends are up to, and the "like" button & share. I guess I'm boring.
But a fish tank that teaches kids about profit? worth a look?

you buy different fish with 'fish coins'. different fish cost different amounts and they sell at a profit. The profit depends upon the fish, as some you double your money back and others you get about 25% profit. The greatest profit is if you can wait for them to 'reach adulthood.' some take hours and some take days. It definitely has some practical use to it.
