I appears that London (and, I assume, the rest of Southwestern Ontario) is getting a very nice bit of Indian Summer this weekend. Highs in the low to mid twenties, lows getting back above 10 after deeping into the low single digits a week ago. Last weekend, I fired up the furnace. This weekend, I'm opening all the windows. How's the long weekend weather elsewhere?

Today's been a mix of clouds and sun - and the temperature was about 14 degrees last time I checked. Saturday is supposed to be more of the same - with Sunday and Monday being rainy.

It's too damn nice. It's Autumn for goodness sake. There should at least be a bit of coolness in the breeze. AND I LIVE IN MANITOBA!!!!!!!! I should be writing my name in the snow!!!

Yeah, I heard something about hitting 30 in Winnipeg at one point last week? That's what my wife is probably getting in Shanghai (they tend to get fairly warm, muggy weather until late October normally).

No worries, Tyson, you'll be able to write in the snow soon enough. I spent about 8 happy yerars in MB, and it never failed. You'll likely discover that there will be garages with both a snowblower and a lawn mower in them, and there will be weekends when the lucky owner will get to use both within about 48 hours.
